Role Overview
An experienced Band 6/7 Speech and Language Therapist is required to start ASAP, providing adult SLT services across clinic and community settings. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and a varied adult caseload.
Main Responsibilities
Manage an adult SLT caseload including dysphagia, communication, voice and stammering.
Assess and treat patients in clinic settings and during home visits.
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate management plans.
Independently manage a dysphagia caseload.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree (or equivalent).
HCPC registration and licence to practise.
Experience managing acquired dysphagia and communication caseloads at Band 6/7 level.
Completion of RCSLT Newly Qualified SLT competencies.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively.
Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential).
Working Hours
Full time or part time
Monday to Friday, operational hours between 08.00 – 17.00
