About the Role

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to join the ECP MSK service across multiple sites in West London. This locum assignment offers an immediate start for an initial 12-week period, with the potential to extend. You’ll bring expert MSK clinical skills to a busy and forward-thinking service operating across both primary and acute care settings.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Act as a clinical expert within the MSK team, offering guidance, support and supervision to junior staff and students.
  • Contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of high-quality, seamless MSK services across multiple sites.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated and patient-centred care.
  • Support service improvement initiatives, helping to enhance pathways and promote best practice across primary and acute care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.

 

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Significant post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Proven ability to supervise and support junior team members.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience within NHS MSK services is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week.
