Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technicians across Band 5 and Band 6 to join the hospital pharmacy and distribution services. These roles will focus on supporting the safe and effective preparation, dispensing, and management of medicines in collaboration with pharmacists.
Prepare and dispense medications in line with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
Support pharmacists in clinical and distribution tasks to ensure patient safety
Maintain accurate records of stock, prescriptions, and medication information
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, checking, and storage of medicines
Provide guidance to healthcare staff and patients on safe medication use
Contribute to service development initiatives and support junior pharmacy staff where required
