The Physiotherapist will join Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across inpatient, community, and acute care settings, supporting adults with a variety of general medical needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adult inpatients within acute and community settings.
Manage a general medicine caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
Support patient rehabilitation through tailored therapy programmes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
Contribute to service development and uphold professional practice standards as a Band 6 Physiotherapist.
