Locum Band 6 Community Speech and Language Therapist required for East London NHS Foundation Trust, based at East Ham Care Centre (Newham)
Immediate start for a 3-month ongoing contract, working full-time within stroke and neuro pathways
Manage a complex caseload of adults with communication and swallowing difficulties post-stroke or with neurological conditions
Provide specialist SLT assessment, intervention, and support in patients’ homes or community settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support carers, and contribute to training and service development
Community rehab and neurology experience essential; knowledge of AAC and post-stroke rehabilitation required
