locum position is available within the North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) at Grays Court Community Hospital – Goodmayes Hospital. This ongoing role supports the Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service and is negotiable in rate. Key details include:
Independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients in a community rehab setting
Use of clinical reasoning and recognised outcome measures to guide therapy interventions
Management of own caseload and treatment planning with confidence and autonomy
NHS experience required; post-qualification experience in community or rehab settings is preferred
Car drivers preferred due to community-based visits; agile working supported
