An exciting Locum opportunity is available in the London Borough of Hackney within the North East London Social Services team.
Managing a small caseload of complex and challenging cases, while supporting and mentoring team members
Supporting the development and maintenance of high professional standards within the team
Supervising students, apprentices, and newly qualified Occupational Therapists, including probation assessments and practice development
Applying specialist knowledge of major adaptations and equipment to promote independence and contribute to service development
Improving the quality of OT practice through effective case management, evidence-based interventions, and high-quality written assessments
Participating in the OT duty rota and working flexibly to support health and social care integration initiatives
