Band 3 Rehab Assistant role based at Grays Court Community Hospital (NELFT) in Goodmayes, North East London
Locum, ongoing contract within the Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service supporting community rehab and housing
Responsible for completing up to 6 home visits daily, delivering treatment plans set by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
Must be confident treating patients in their own homes; experience in NHS community rehab settings preferred
Car driver preferred due to community-based nature of role; agile working supported
Full-time hours (37.5/week, Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30); part-time considered (minimum 3 days/22.5hrs) depending on experience
