Manage a caseload of complex and high-risk cases for Staffordshire County Council, including Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court proceedings, ensuring robust and timely intervention.
Support and mentor junior colleagues and newly qualified social workers, contributing to a learning-focused, reflective team environment.
Undertake detailed assessments under the Children Act 1989, developing clear, outcome-focused care plans that prioritise the voice and safety of the child.
Prepare and present high-quality, evidence-based reports for legal proceedings, child protection conferences, and statutory reviews.
Collaborate effectively with multi-agency professionals to ensure a coordinated safeguarding response and holistic family support.
Contribute to service development and quality assurance through participation in audits, reflective practice sessions, and team improvement initiatives.
