We are seeking a committed and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Neurology team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. This is a rewarding opportunity to work across Acute, Rehabilitation, and Community settings, supporting patients with a range of neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and compassionate clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to service improvement, and play a vital role in supporting patients’ recovery and independence.
Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessment and interventions for patients with neurological conditions across acute, rehab, and community settings
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment and discharge plans
Supervise and support junior staff, students, and therapy assistants, contributing to their professional development
Actively contribute to service development, audits, and the application of evidence-based practice
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with Trust and professional standards
Participate in regular CPD activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current practices in neurological occupational therapy
