Deliver statutory social work services for East Riding of Yorkshire Council, supporting children and families under Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children frameworks.
Manage a diverse caseload, conducting high-quality assessments and developing child-centred care plans in line with the Children Act and local safeguarding protocols.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, ensuring their voices and lived experiences are central to assessment and planning processes.
Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and court proceedings, adhering to legal and professional standards.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners across health, education, and early help services to coordinate effective interventions and promote positive outcomes.
Engage in reflective supervision, team learning, and continuing professional development to maintain high standards of practice within East Riding’s Children’s Services.
