Undertake statutory assessments and deliver services for children and families on behalf of Lancashire County Council, ensuring timely interventions that promote safety and wellbeing.
Develop and implement child-centred care and protection plans, working in partnership with families to support positive outcomes and reduce risk.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, including schools, health professionals, and police, to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
