Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist (Band 7) to join Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, based in Ealing Community. This role involves providing a community-based outpatient MSK service, supporting patients with specialist assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, including return-to-work programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist assessment and management of a variety of MSK conditions through face-to-face, triage, and virtual consultations.

  • Provide clinical expertise in complex case management, report writing, and MDT collaboration.

  • Work autonomously across GP surgeries, MSK clinics, and community sites as required.

  • Support the education, training, and supervision of junior MSK team members.

  • Contribute to the development of high-quality, seamless MSK services across both primary and acute care.

  • Engage with stakeholders to support patient care pathways and service improvement.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist.

  • Significant post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (Band 6/7 level).

  • Experience in community, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings.

  • Strong clinical reasoning, MDT collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in patient education and stakeholder engagement.

Working Hours: Full time – flexible working across community and clinic sites.
Support Provided: Supervision and in-service training included.
