Deliver client-centred occupational therapy services to adults with complex needs within the Acute Mental Health Service at West London NHS Trust.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient setting, providing assessments, treatment planning, interventions, and evaluations using individual and group approaches.
Develop and implement a holistic framework of care reflecting service user needs and clinical governance standards.
For Band 6: provide professional guidance, lead service evaluation, and contribute to the continued development of the occupational therapy service.
Supervise and support less experienced staff, support workers, and students, including conducting Performance Development Reviews where applicable.
Locum role, Band 5 or Band 6, covering 3–6 months, with ongoing contract; client-centred approach and evidence-based practice required.
