Conduct functional assessments as an Independent Living Assessor within the OT Complex and Sensory team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Support social work and occupational therapy teams in delivering social care services, including provision of equipment and minor adaptations.
Promote the independence, safety, and wellbeing of residents through person-centred assessments and interventions.
Apply Care Act knowledge and OT service expertise to guide assessment decisions, including acting as a trusted assessor where applicable.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain records using Mosaic or similar patient management systems.
Locum role with ongoing contract; candidates with experience in Adult Social Services or NHS OT services preferred, able to hit the ground running.
