Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults within the Learning Disabilities and Autism Service at HCRG Care Group.
Develop and deliver personalised treatment programmes to support independence, daily living skills, and quality of life.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Contribute to service delivery by covering an ongoing vacancy on a locum basis.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
