North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join the community team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with adults requiring input across rehabilitation, neurology and swallowing management, supporting service users to maximise their independence and quality of life.
Providing specialist assessment and intervention for adults with communication and swallowing needs.
Delivering evidence-based therapy within a community setting.
Supporting rehabilitation pathways, particularly in neurology and complex swallowing disorders.
Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Offering clinical leadership, guidance and supervision where appropriate.
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained in line with Trust values.
