Assignment Overview
This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED), a state-of-the-art facility that manages more than 100,000 visits a year and is one of the busiest trauma centres in the country. It is the only Level I trauma hospital in the area. Responsible for treating a diverse patient population. Will assist with boarder patients.
 
 This 13-week contract offers guaranteed 36/48 hours per week, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment in a high-acuity setting.

• Shift Schedule: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/48 hours per week
• OT Pay: After 40 hours

 
Pay Package (Weekly, 36 hrs Guaranteed)

• Weekly Gross: $2,834.00
• Taxable Income: $1,350.00 ($37.50/hr up to 40 hrs)
• Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,484.00
• Overtime Rate: $60.75/hr

 
 
Pay Package (Weekly, 48 hrs Guaranteed)

• Weekly Gross: $3,708.32
• Taxable Income: $2,224.32 ($42.00/hr up to 40 hrs)
• Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,484.00
• Overtime Rate: $68.40/hr

Requirements

• License: Active NY RN License
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA only)
• ACLS (AHA only)
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years recent ER RN experience
