As a Band 6 Physiotherapist with HCRG Care Group, you will provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients in community and outpatient settings. You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care that enhances patients’ mobility, function, and overall wellbeing.
Perform thorough musculoskeletal assessments to diagnose and identify treatment needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain management strategies.
Provide patient education to promote self-management and injury prevention.
Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Monitor progress and modify interventions to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service audits and quality improvement initiatives.
