Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with adolescents aged 11–18 to assess needs, provide interventions, and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Undertake statutory duties including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases.
Build strong, trusting relationships with young people to promote engagement and long-term positive change.
Collaborate with schools, youth services, health professionals, and police to deliver a coordinated, multi-agency response.
Maintain accurate, timely case records and contribute to care planning, reviews, and legal processes where necessary.
