Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Part time) Area: Sussex Social Services Salary: £33.40 (Umbrella) Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Office based Occupational Therapist required for a new service – reablement and step-down beds from hospital. The service will support hospital discharges to Ireland Lodge for a short period to enable service users a safe return home was possible. The post holder will work within the team to support with carrying out assessments of individuals needs including, functional abilities, moving and handling and housing assessments, Prescribing appropriate equipment and recommending minor adaptations to maintain people in their own homes.
