As a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist with Nuffield Health, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to adult patients across inpatient, community, acute and general medicine settings. Your focus will be on restoring mobility, function and independence, using evidence-based practice and working collaboratively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to establish patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
Design, implement and review personalised treatment plans to improve mobility and physical function.
Deliver physiotherapy services across inpatient, community, acute and general medicine environments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated, person-centred care.
Provide guidance, education and support to patients and carers to aid ongoing recovery.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational requirements.
