Job Title: Specialist Occupational Therapist – Band 6 Area: Somerset NHS Somerset Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract Length: Ongoing Job details: Community Services. Occupational Therapist required with experience in the community ideally with some skills in crisis management and hospital avoidance, for Taunton / West Somerset / Bridgwater area. Rehab skills as they need to be able to identify goals and develop onward plans for patients. Must have a UK driving licence and a car as the role requires them to drive across the area and arrive within 2-hour time frame for UCR visit. Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential. Flexible adaptable and able to manage and prioritise caseload load that change during the day.
