Sefton Borough Council is looking for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their Paediatrics team. This role offers the opportunity to support children and their families by delivering specialist assessments and interventions, with a strong focus on housing, moving and handling, and equipment and adaptations.
Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions within paediatric services
Deliver tailored recommendations for housing, moving and handling needs
Prescribe and advise on appropriate equipment and adaptations to support daily living
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams
Support independence, safety, and quality of life for children with diverse needs
Ensure compliance with professional standards and local authority policies
