This OT-only role involves working with adult inpatients across community, acute, and general medicine settings, providing specialist assessment and intervention to support recovery and independence.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adult inpatients
Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to promote functional recovery
Deliver evidence-based OT interventions in community, acute, and general medicine settings
Advise on and provide equipment and adaptations to support safe daily living
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and trust standards
