Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adult inpatients
Develop and implement personalised intervention plans for patients with acute and neurological conditions
Advise on and provide equipment and adaptations to support safe daily living
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Support rehabilitation and functional recovery for patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and trust standards
