Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking Occupational Therapists at Band 6 and Band 7 levels to join the adult therapy service. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality occupational therapy across community and acute settings, supporting patients in general medicine, rehabilitation, neurology, and with equipment and adaptations to promote independence and safety.
Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with a wide range of health and social care needs.
Provide evidence-based interventions in general medicine, rehabilitation, and neurology, tailored to individual goals.
Recommend and arrange equipment and adaptations to support safe discharge, independence, and improved quality of life.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care across both acute and community pathways.
Support supervision, guidance, and professional development of junior colleagues, assistants, and students.
Contribute to ongoing service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives within occupational therapy.
