2x LD Speech and Language Therapists required.  This is a Hybrid role so candidates must have their own transport to do face to face visits.  Skills/experience: must have experience in Dysphagia assessments with patients with LD or neurodiverse needs.
The post-holder will work together in the team to provide comprehensive, specialist SLT services to culturally diverse service users with a learning disability, autism and co-occurring conditions. Service users will have complex needs, including mental health problems, physical health issues and may display distressed behaviours/ behaviours that challenge.
• Delivering compassionate, outcome-focused services in line with the role’s requirements.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve key performance indicators and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identifying and addressing service needs at the earliest opportunity and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
• Adhering to professional standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks to support organizational goals.
Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00. Monday to Friday. Full time but would consider Part time.
