We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, providing care for adults across inpatient, acute, and community settings. The role includes conducting Best Interest Assessments (BIA) and supporting adults with communication and swallowing difficulties in general medicine.
Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with communication, language, and swallowing disorders.
Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Deliver evidence-based interventions across inpatient, acute, and community settings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and carers to support recovery and independence.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
