Oxfordshire County Council is looking for qualified and experienced Pharmacists across Band 6, Band 7, and Band 8a to join the hospital and distribution services. These roles focus on ensuring the safe and effective management of medicines, supporting both clinical and operational pharmacy functions.
Dispense and review medications in line with regulatory and safety standards
Provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients
Oversee medication distribution processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Manage pharmacy stock, including ordering, storage, and quality checks
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care and safety
Contribute to service development initiatives, mentoring, and leadership depending on band level
