West Sussex County Council is looking for a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join the Adult Inpatient service. This role will focus on providing specialist physiotherapy, including Best Interest Assessments, for patients within acute and general medicine settings, supporting recovery and functional independence.
Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients
Conduct Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements
Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery and independence
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
Support patients and families with guidance, advice, and education to optimise outcomes
Contribute to service development initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff where required
