Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is perfect for healthcare professionals looking for flexibility and competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient-centred care.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinical governance standards.
Regularly assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
Support patients in their recovery journey, ensuring a high level of post-operative care.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong organisational, communication, and clinical skills.
