Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent nursing care for patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Accurately document patient care in accordance with clinical governance guidelines.
Regularly assess, monitor, and respond to the needs of patients in a timely manner.
Help with the coordination of discharge planning and follow-up care for patients.
Location:
Blackpool, North West England
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment is essential.
Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills.
