Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care within a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
Regularly monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Demonstrable experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
