Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer excellent care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a smooth recovery process for patients.
Keep detailed and accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
Regularly monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to any changes.
Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Cambridge, East Anglia
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
