Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to patients within a fast-paced surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with doctors and other nurses to assess patient needs and treatment progress.
Ensure that all patient information is accurately documented according to legal and clinical standards.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, delivering immediate interventions when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Location:
Anlaby, East Yorkshire
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
