Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, adhering to the highest clinical standards.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans that meet patients’ needs.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed according to clinical guidelines.
Assess patient conditions, promptly responding to changes and providing the necessary care.
Assist in managing patient flow, ensuring timely and effective discharge planning.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
