Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert care to patients in a dynamic surgical and orthopaedic ward environment.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage patient care effectively.
Ensure that patient records are maintained accurately and comply with clinical governance standards.
Observe and respond to changes in patient conditions, making adjustments to care plans when needed.
Actively contribute to ward activities, supporting the team with both patient care and administrative tasks.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in surgical or orthopaedic care settings.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
