Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care within a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote the best patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with clinical governance.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to provide responsive care.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their stay, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience working within surgical or orthopaedic settings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
