Community Nurse (RGN) – Newcastle Home First
Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (RGN) to join the Newcastle Home First team on a full-time basis for approximately 12 weeks. This role involves delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes, supporting their recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a community setting.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Perform physical health assessments for deteriorating patients.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
Drive to patient locations within Newcastle under Lyme.
Position Details:
Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Work Pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
Shift Hours: 09:00 – 20:00
Rates:
Weekdays: £26.85 per hour
Saturdays: £31.88 per hour
Sundays/Bank Holidays: £35.69 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Previous experience in district/community nursing.
Completion of the Physical Health Assessment Module for deteriorating patients.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
