Surgical First Assistant
Tripod Partners are seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to support a skilled surgical team in Banbury. This role offers shift-based work, ensuring flexibility while providing exceptional care during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining high standards of patient safety.
Prepare and manage surgical equipment and supplies.
Support the surgical team in maintaining sterile techniques throughout procedures.
Position Details:
Location: Banbury
Work Pattern: Shift-based
Rate: £40 per hour (standard rate)
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
Current NMC Registration.
Demonstrated experience as a Surgical First Assistant.
Proficiency in surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
