An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves working with adult patients in an inpatient, acute setting, delivering OT-only services within general medicine.
Provide occupational therapy services to adult patients in an inpatient, acute setting.
Deliver OT-only interventions tailored to patient needs.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Undertake assessments and implement appropriate occupational therapy strategies.
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and Trust standards.
Ensure all practice complies with professional guidelines and best practice.
