As an Occupational Therapist with Barts Health NHS Trust, working in inpatient and acute settings, you will provide occupational therapy services to adult patients across respiratory, general medicine, mental health, orthopaedics and neurology. Operating at Band 6, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored therapy that supports recovery and improves patient outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of adult patients in inpatient and acute settings.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver occupational therapy services across respiratory, general medicine, mental health, orthopaedics and neurology.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service quality and improvement initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
