As a Band 5 Pharmacist with Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, you will provide pharmaceutical services across retail and hospital settings, supporting the safe supply and management of medicines. Working closely with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to professional standards.
Dispense and supply medicines safely in retail and hospital settings.
Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records of medicines and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and professional standards.
Provide advice and guidance to patients and colleagues on the safe use of medicines.
Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
