Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 6 Area: Surrey NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing. Job details: Therapy Inpatients. Orthopaedic Supported Discharge Team. Based in the community – remote logging into handover at 7.45 am daily and then working a 7.5-hour day thereafter. The caseload entails seeing orthopaedic patients in their own homes in the Spelthorne/Runnymede/Elmbridge/Woking boroughs – assessing gait, functional ability, balance, and providing exercises, rehabilitation and progression towards patient specific goals. Working alongside a team with therapy assistants and nursing staff. Working hours: shifts, 08.00 – 16.00. 30 hours per week over 4 days – days can be discussed and are flexible.
