Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 7 Area: Berkshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: To start asap for 3 months. Due to increasing waiting lists. Working mainly with the elderly. Requirements:
HCPC registration
Degree Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
Access to a car for work is key to be able to mobile
Candidate should be experienced in Community, aware of lone working policies.
Experience in Rehab/Neuro/ orthopaedics
Role duties
Candidate should be able to assess and provide high standards of Physiotherapy input to patients in the community.
Candidate should be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.
Candidates should be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals into the community as required.
Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes.
Candidate should be able to use computers and have sound skills using Microsoft Office applications.
All candidates should have knowledge of Lone Working Policy.
