Job details: Frailty Physiotherapist required for 12 weeks. Adult rotational experience in med/neuro/COFE and community, desirable but not essential. Formulation of treatment plans for Reablement ward. Outreach visits required on patient discharge. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 16.30. Monday to Friday. Full time.
