Job Title: Paediatric Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Band 7 Area: Cambridgeshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Face to Face role. Duties: The post holder will provide specialist clinical input within special schools. Working as part of the special needs team, they will provide speech and language therapy support to children with a wide range of SLC needs. Dysphagia competencies are highly desirable for this post but not essential. They will provide assessments, advice, and training to enable parents and other professionals to support children’s language and communication needs. Skills/experience: Qualified speech and language therapist with a minimum of 18 months experience working with school age children and children with complex needs. Will need to be able to drive.
