Job details: Adult Social Care. Adult Social Care Team Manager to provide operational leadership and management oversight for Sutton Locality (Sutton & Cheam Team) following the Realignment and change in service. model. Team managers have responsibilities for Duty, Safeguarding, Performance, Appraisal, Case Allocation, Audit and Quality Assurance, Supervision, Attendance of Consistent Practice Meeting (CPM) and Delivery on Key Performance Indicators. Working hours: 36 hours per week. 09.00 – 17.00.
