Band 7 or 8 Clinical Pharmacist – South Wales

Contract: Ongoing
Hourly Pay: £33 – £45

We are looking for an experienced Band 7-8 Clinical Pharmacist to provide general ward cover with occasional dispensary slots.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive ward-based pharmaceutical services.
Conduct clinical medication reviews and liaise with medical teams.
Support medicines optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in general ward cover.
